The Buck'et League

Official Equipment

  • One Official Buck'et League Board

  • Four beanbags per player

  • Clearly marked throwing line

  • Scorekeeping method: website application or TBL application

Official Throwing Distances

  • Professional = 24 ft. 

  • Intermediate = 22 ft. 

  • Youth = 17 ft.

Board Movement (BM)​

  • Board Movement is one of the defining characteristics of The Buck'et League. Legal throws may naturally move the board udring a round, and players are expected to adapt to the board's changing position.

  • The board is reset only after the round has been completed.

Point Values​

  • Buck'et III = 3 points

  • Buck'et II = 2 points

  • Buck'et I = 1 point

​

Winning Conditions

  • Buck'et Up-18: exactly 18 points

  • Buck'around the World-18: complete full progression

  • Buck'aroosky-11: exactly 11 points

​

Bust Rules

  • Buck'et Up-18: over 18 resets to 15

  • Buck'arooskey-11: over 11 resets to 7 at next offensive turn

​

Universal Rules​

  • A bag scores only if fully inside a Buck'et or securely hanging on the rim at the end of the round.

  • Scores are recorded after all players complete the round.

  • Legal board movement may occur during a round; reset only after the round is complete.

  • Sudden Death generally uses one beanbag toward Buck'et III.
